The Radical Project: A Revolutionary Latin American Model for Mission Mobilization In 1999 Missão Horizontes, a Latin American mission organization headquartered in Brazil, sent 96 missionaries to several destinations in the 10/40 window as part of a revolutionary mobilization initiative called “The Radical Project”. “Radical Project 2” is in currently in training and will arrive on the field in 2004.
